Fun for a Family – There is a learning curve. We used Jolly Ranchers and found that two provided the right amount of cotton candy for a small serving. You have to stop the “spinner” before inserting more than one piece of candy or it will spit the second one out. We used skewer sticks because we wanted to make more than two servings (the machine comes with 2 cones), but it was hard to keep the cotton from falling off the stick. If you’re looking to make exactly two servings of cotton candy, this is a good product. If you want to make enough for the whole family, you might be disappointed. The heating element is also difficult to clean.

Extremely Cute – It’s extremely adorable and works wonderfully, it’s a tad smaller than I would of figured, but it gets the job done just takes longer to do it, which my daughter doesn’t seem to mind. It’s not to big either which makes storage perfect.

Neat Machine, A Little Tricky to Fully Clean – This machine advertises that it can be used with sugar or hard candy, but I found the sugar to be much more effective. The hard candy doesn’t seem to melt as well, and it doesn’t produce much cotton candy. Overall it’s a decent product though. It’s very easy to use and quite fun. I have yet to find a way to clean it to my standards though.
