      *There is a typo on the Salsa recipe* – *1st of all, I called Nesco because of contradictory statements on their Salsa recipe in the book, & it contains Typos. The Salsa should Not be Pressure Cooked, it should be Pressure Canned.*

I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and so far all my jars have sealed. It is extremely easy to use and no worrying about pressure or temperature because it does that for you.
