People in the comments are complaining?? because of the easy soft touch controls.???? You barely have to touch them and voila, you get exactly what you asked for.! and it is efficient and I love the ease and convenience of this warmer. I didn’t think I would love the color, but even though it’s pink it’s still fine and I love the silicone cover that helps the cup stabilize, and I love that it has a timer & different temperature controls & and a power button & a timer!!!. I highly recommend it it’s perfect.!!! Please ignore all the negative reviews. This warmer is great.!!!

Well worth It:) – I purchased this for an elderly friend of mine. She likes to sip her coffee slowly, so it often gets cold before she can finish it… but since I brought this to her, she’s had nice hot coffee everyday! It works FANTASTIC! The only minor complaint would be that the light indicator for High/Low/Off is small and on the side, so when it’s sitting on the table, I have to bend down to make sure it’s where’s I meant for it to be… but not a big deal at all!

When I first started using it, I would smell a smell that was like a burning plastic smell or something but I don’t think I’ve smelled it since the first couple times. The button to turn it on/off is more of a touch sensor rather than a button you press so I have accidentally turned it on/off a couple times so that’s important to note. When it’s on, there is a light so you should notice if you accidentally turn it on. It does have an auto shut off after like 8 hours so hopefully it wouldn’t burn anyone’s house down or anything lol. Also note that this has a plug that plugs into the wall, not into the USB port on your computer like some others. It has two heat settings and I use the lower heat setting to keep my coffee warm and it’s sufficient. Pretty good item for the cost.
