Needs the right mug to transfer heat well. – I am very happy with this beverage warming plate. I love that it plugs into a 110volt outlet, and not a low output USB port. The Auto-shutdown feature that can be set in 2 hour increments from 2 to 12 hours is great for the work day. With the correct beverage mug, the highest temperature setting is too hot for me, but available if I need it. Also works to rewarm a cooled down beverage that sat somewhere else for a while.

It’s Just What I Needed! – My job requires me to be on the phone a lot. My office is a bit drafty and sometimes I like to sip on a warm cup of tea. But of course with my phone contstantly ringing it would constantly cool off before I could finish it. So this has been so wonderful. No more cold tea!

Wish I found this sooner! – Never did I think I’d need a mug warmer. I typically start my day with a homemade latte that I sip on for hours. I’d have microwave it several times throughout the morning because I like my coffee hot. This genius thing sits wonderfully on my desk and has 3 heat settings. I find the second one works best for me and keeps my coffee hot up until the last drop. It cools down quickly too, so I don’t have to worry about ever scalding my hands. If you work at a desk and you like your drinks hot, you will appreciate this thing.

Almost 5 stars – This cup warmer is great at keeping my coffee or tea warm while at my craft desk. I love the 3 temp choices, it allows you to turn it down as your cup empties so the contents don’t get too hot or scorch. I use a ceramic mug that is narrower at the bottom and does have a little ridge but it still works! (this was my main concern while deciding to purchase) I also love the automatic shut off because as I get busy I tend to forget about my coffee sitting there until I take a swig of cold coffee. I do think that 6,8,10 and up to 12 hours is a bit much LOL. 2 or 4 hours would suffice. Now for the main reason for one star off. The underneath of the unit doesn’t seem to have adequate air flow and it does get very very hot under there when on the highest heat setting. I have a cutting mat on part of my desk and it warped that. I have a plexiglass protective covering under my mat and it has warped that. I had put a silicone pot holder under it and it still warped the plexiglass. No way would I put this on a nice wooden desk or other furniture.

Happiness is a Cup Warmer! – Ironically, this is my best purchase of 2022. I’m laughing because I’ve bought so many items. But I can’t express enough how wonderful it is to have my tea first thing in the morning that stays WARM! I’d have to get back up from the computer and heat it on the stove. Now it stays warm to the last swallow, even if I jump up and do a chore, etc. I simply come back, sit down and my wonderful tea is still heated. So happy. It’s funny how the smallest things make us grateful. Here is mine.
