Shaft falling after a few months of use – This is the second Mueller blender I have purchased. The first one lasted about 2 years and then one day the shaft fell out – exactly the same way another reviewer pointed out in his video. I thought perhaps it got damaged by the heat because we used it inside a pot to blend ingredients in a hot soup the last time. I loved how powerful and easy to use it was so I purchased another one. This time it lasted about 4 months – even with careful usage the shaft fell out again. Now I’m here on Amazon trying to shop for a new blender and leaving this review to warn others for potentially a faulty design.

You get what you pay for – This product wasn’t overwhelmingly impressive nor was it disappointing. The frothing attachment does not move fast enough to function super well, so I fortunately have a separate frother that I use. The other attachments work well and are dishwasher safe.

Excellent Hand Blender. – Absolutely love my Mueller Ultra Stick 500. It’s soup season and time for a immersion blender upgrade from my 20 year old model, and Mueller did not disappoint. This stainless steel model was an excellent choice and feels perfect in the hand while blending, the attachments were a nice addition especially the frothing tool for a morning cappuccino. I could not be more pleased with my new Ultra Stick.

It is exactly what I wanted and was just hoping they were made well—and they are!! Each piece is sturdy yet easy to put together —and easy to take apart to wash.

Great Stick Blender – I got this to replace another stick blend we had that died. This one actually seems to be more powerful and even comes with extra attachments. We used it to blend some apples up for homemade apple butter and it did great. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an immersion blender. It was a good price, too.

An excellent hand blender – I had used a hand blender at a friend’s house to make smoothies and I have wanted one ever since. I make home cooked cat food for my fur babies and the main downside to it is the clean up afterward. One pot to cook the chicken, then a bowel to pick the bones and gristle, then the processor to chop the meat and mix in the supplements plus all the hand utensils to go along with it.
