Product broke after 30-days of use – I was very excited to purchase this product. However the whip that stirred the milk broke. I’m guessing from the repeating spinning and the heat of the hot plate inside melted the piece. It no longer worked. Cleaning was terrible because the milk would stick to the bottom of the metal canister and you couldn’t just wipe it off as suggested. It needed to be cleaned with soap and water and you had to carefully wash the inside and not to wet the plug. And you had to clean after every use or it would burn the bottom of the hot plate. Now I can’t return it because it stated the time has elapsed. Terrible purchase although it’s named one of the best on Amazon
