You will love it – I have purchased two of these from Amazon. I almost purchased a milk frother from Nexpresso (over $225.00) after I used it at my Friend’s home. After I saw the difference in price, I decided to take a chance with this one. I was honestly surprised. There is no difference in the foam I get from this machine and that of the Nexpresso. The foam is thick and hot. I gave a second machine to my son and he loves it as much as my wife does. But BEWARE, once you make a coffee for somebody using this machine, you’ll be making coffee every day. I end up making coffee three times a day for my wife and me. Try one, you’ll love it

What I worked out is to use the warm o ly setting, then once the milk is hot use the cold foam setting to froth to my desired level of foam. That’s working well for me! I thought it might be an anomaly but infact the decals including the name of the frother came off before it was 5 months old. I washed and handled it exactly as directed. I did not scrub or use harsh detergent. I’m disappointed . The maker goes to the trouble of offering different colors or models but neglects to ensure that the completed product has the design quality, durability and functionality as represented. So when I do decide to have a cup or coffee, the silky and frothy froth elevates the experience for me. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. The only negative is that the labeling for the 4 settings are fading away so it’s difficult to know which setting is which. I usually just use the setting on the top left- heated froth.

A great little frother – We really enjoy this. It’s not something I’d use to blend anything into. It is just for milk, but brings it to a nice temperature. You have to be careful that you don’t overfill when it comes to making foam, but otherwise I’m enjoying it quite a bit!
