It makes hot drinks better. Period. – So far, it’s been super easy to clean. Although I haven’t really tried cleaning it super hard around the spring coil at the bottom, and I can imagine that if we allowed stuff to get stuck to that it might be tricky…

Malfunctioned heat feature after 2 days – It worked great at first. But after 2 days of use, it won’t heat. It would just shut off or go blank after I select heat mode. It can heat froth but I got primarily this to heat milk.

Froth sometimes – The device works okay. It’s very easy to clean. 3/5 stars because it stopped frothing. Using the same brand always I don’t understand why all of a sudden I no longer get foam. But it still warms the milk well.

Frothing at High Altitude – I live at 6500 feet and after some experimentation have found a couple of extra steps are necessary to combat the lower oxygen here and create the perfect froth for my coffee. (Which this frother does!) First, I use only whole milk straight from the refrigerator, but warm it slightly before frothing. Alternative milks such as oat or soy creamer lack the fat content to create sufficient froth at this altitude. I pour the cold milk into the frother to the desired line for frothing and then transfer that amount into a mug and heat it in my microwave for 10 – 15 secs or so. This takes the chill off the milk and gets it closer to room temperature. I then return this warmer milk to the frother and run the cold froth cycle (third setting). Lastly, I run a SECOND cycle on the hot frothing (first) setting. Perfect thick froth with an under stream of warm milk is the result! Love, love.

1000/10 BUY THIS! – I’m not lying when I say this is the best purchase of 2022. I am obsessed with this thing! I’ve been making amazing lattes every morning since I’ve bought this frother. It steams and foams at the same time and is a fraction of the price of those latte machines. Works with oatmilk creamer like a dream. I use that plus a splash of real maple syrup and vanilla torani and OMG so good. I need like 10 more of these

Good product – I moved back north this year and wanted something for my teens to use to make hot chocolate and this does the job. Used it to froth milk a couple of times on accident, and it works beautifully if you make sure not to put too much milk in. Once we figured out the correct setting to heat the milk, it’s been great. The only inconvenience is cleaning it by hand. My kids don’t seem to mind cleaning it if they can have hot chocolate, though, so it’s all good.
