LUXURY FINISHES: if you want a velvety smooth finish, we got it! By adding an additional layer of material, Microplane gives this spice mill a luxuriously soft finish satisfying two senses, smell and touch.
EASY TO CLEAN: We don’t recommend the dishwasher, but you can use the top rack. Instead, rinse (don’t soak) in warm soapy water to dislodge the dried spice particles and rinse off the natural oil build-up.

Works Great – This grinder works great for grinding whole nutmegs. It is very simple and easy to use. I previously purchased a different brand which I was unhappy with and returned it. The previous brand was spring loaded inside which limited the amount of whole nutmegs that could be inserted. After using it a few times it would twist but not produce anything. Also, the lids at the ends fell off a couple of times while in use.

A need I didn’t know I needed! – I was forced to order nutmeg on amazon, because my local store was out. This handy little gadget popped up, and I am so glad I ordered it. As my nutmeg has still not arrived, I have only used it to grind the last little bits of nutmeg pieces I have left. I now don’t have to wonder if the last bit of nutmeg is worth the tips of my fingers! Save your finger tips and get this!

I purchased this one because you just use the pressure of your hands. Nothing to break. It easily grinds nutmeg for a recipe and not just for a sprinkling on a drink. I have not tried this for cinnamon.
