Arrived damaged – The mixer box arrived damaged. The plastic tray that holds the mixers accessories was cracked and broken. I needed the blender now so I chose to keep it, but that doesn’t lessen my disappointment. The blender itself is easy to handle and works well… however the lowest speed is not very low.. will easily sling flour out of the mixing bowl.

Good mixer, bad tray. – This photo is misleading, as it implies the tray of attachments is secured to the mixer. This is absolutely NOT true. VERY disappointed, as this anticipated feature is why I bought this model. You cannot pick up both mixer and tray of tools with one hand, as tray immediately separates from mixer. So that reduces the stowaway feature of this product. Once I put it on the counter, I leave it there, which I technically hate because I wanted to be able to easily stow away in cabinet when not in use. So far, I have only used the mixing arms so I don’t know how it performs with dough. With mixing arms, I’m happy to say there was no splashing even on the higher settings. I’m sure the whisker will work just as well.

The instructions say you can’t use it more than 10 minutes without giving it a 15 minute rest and it’s almost like a Tesla in that regard. And then when you put it away, if you put the mixer in the Snap-on container, then lift the mixer. The container falls off and everything falls on the floor because it’s not really snap on. It’s just a slip fit but it’s still nice for storage even though you have to use two hands to take it off the shelf just so it stays together. I question the power as well.
