Geyerkitchen – EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! – I ordered the KitchenAid KSM155GBCA Artisan Design Series 5-Quart Mixer, in Candy Apple. I placed the order through apparently, a new seller to Amazon – Geyerkitchen. All I could see about the seller was the name and the statement: ” is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service.” You usually don’t have a good experience with a new seller but with the type of quality mixer I choose I felt that I couldn’t lose. This seller FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND THAT STATEMENT!

Great mixer, but glass bowl cracked in under 3 years. – My family has had these and used them for decades. Bought this one and expected it to do the same. Under 3 years I have to now go replace the glass mixing bowl after it developed a 6 inch interior crack (can’t feel it on the glass surface). Love to use it, but this is disappointing.

I’ve always wanted one and it hasn’t disappointed – I’ve wanted one of these for as long as I can remember but could never justify the cost. I was single, worked a million hours and didn’t bake or cook that often. Now, I’m at home full time and decided I was just going to treat myself. I researched them all and decided on this one. I even picked the most beautiful color, Azure Blue. If anyone tells you that’s not a fun thing to pick, they are crazy.

Life changing appliance – A family member’s food allergies make it difficult to find commercially available baked goods that are safe for our family to consume, but I always found baking very arduous, so rarely did any. I’d always been curious about how much a stand mixer might help with cake prep vs. my old hand mixer, so bought one during an Amazon sale. Now I’m wondering how and why I ever lived without one. It’s now the most fun and easy part of my baking, and using it ensures a consistently better result than I ever achieved before. I’ve learned to love baking cakes, and now bake 1-2 cakes each month from scratch, which was a first for me–no more cake mixes for me, ever! My family loves my cakes and I am enjoying my new hobby that satisfies me creatively and gastronomically, and makes me feel like I’m giving some TLC to my family. I’ve also made homemade pizza dough after taking a pizza making class at Williams Sonoma, and wound up buying the shredder attachment for this purpose, which works great. Would love to get the pasta attachments down the line. I don’t allow myself many carbs these days, but I find that from-scratch food doesn’t seem to cause health problems and weight gain like those caused by processed food with all the preservatives and artificial ingredients, so I have high hopes for being able to consume homemade pasta in moderation, just as I’m able to continue to lose weight even while regularly consuming servings of my cakes.

– Ok so, I’ve just received it today, I was very excited but as I opened the box, I noticed that the product wasn’t looking brand new. It was not shiny and had very bad skratches all around the mixer. Even the instruction sheets were all covered in oil!! And even worse! There was no bowl!! NO BOWL!!! ummm??? Kitchenaid? Amazon??? Hello? I even called the customer service of kitchenaid and I swear I waited for more than an hour! Ofc, I had to hang up bc I have other things to do. I am so disappointed. Was this supposed to be old?? To miss crucial pieces??? Idk man
