Baby, it’s cold outside so let’s grill inside! – First, let me say I wish I could give this a 4.5 star review but I can’t. My only “complaint” is that I wish there was a better owner’s manual. The manual is a basic piece of paper with “how” to use the product on the stove top (electric or gas but not a flat-top), oven, and outdoor grill. However, I wish they could have gone into some basic recipe tips such as how long do you cook chicken, pork, beef, and/or vegetables. I read another review and saw a general time frame.

Good Grill, but Not “smokeless” – Overall I like this. Used it for 1st time last night over my gas stove for some Korean bbq & a NY steak, and they cooked great! Per instructions, I used medium to medium-low heat. Cooked evenly, and quicker than expected, and gave me the BBQ GRILL FLAVOR I was looking for. Top coating is very good, but I lightly coated with avocado oil to be safe. The water ring worked great, and I noticed only very little splatter on my stovetop.

Yum – Where have you been all these years??!! This is absolutely the best indoor stovetop grill. Easy to assemble and use. The meat came out tender, juicy and delicious! And I was able to control the temperature of the grill.

The volume of high ratings convinced me to try it – The vol of high ratings convinced me to try it. I would have been too skeptical based on appearance alone. Even when it arrived I thought I could tell it would not be so great as the advertising claims. Now that I have used it one time I am very surprised at how it cooked the food. I could describe a list of things leading me to believe that it would perform poorly but it does not matter because somehow the design does better than I imagined.

Not truly smokeless – I’ve used this grill maybe 3 or 4 times. I found that the nonstick surface is beginning to fall apart. I’ve used it to cook short ribs. Maybe the bones are scraping off the nonstick layer or it could be while cleaning it. Also, it’s not really smokeless or else my smoke detector in the house wouldn’t have gone off while I was using it. I had water in it too so it’s not like the water dried out. Anyway, it’s probably best to use this outdoors unless you don’t have any smoke alarms inside the house.
