Keurig – My old Keurig coffee machine broke (cost more and had more features than this one). I only had it for a little over a year and needed one quickly. I purchased this one because it didn’t have all the bells and whistles and didn’t want to chance it. I love this machine, it works excellently, the coffee tastes great and it has an auto shut-off and temperature controls like my old one. I would recommend this machine in a second.

So sad 🙁 – Let me start off by saying that this made the BEST coffee I have ever made from a single brew machine. Hands down. It also makes the hottest coffee ever! If you choose that setting. Perfect for my husband who loves very hot coffee.

it was a good product…it just needs to last longer than 2 months! (It stopped working!) – I have had this Keurig for only @ 2 months, and it just stopped working. Waiting on a response from the company to see what they can do to resolve the situation. It worked great while it was operable! I still rated it high even though it stopped working!

Love my Keurig – Is a nice unit. I love the large water reservoir. The five holes in the top of the pod seemed a little excessive, but it works great! It took awhile to rid the “plastic taste” from the water, but now.. Great coffee.

Pretty and shiny but costs $$$$ – A little pricey. Made a nice cup of coffee. The interface is a little confusing. That means I will have to read the manual now.

Glad I Upgraded – We’ve had a commercial model in our home for years, but I got tired of waking up to the sound of making coffee rather than the smell of fresh coffee. So I bought my wife this one and it’s so much better. Quieter, smaller, quieter, hold more water, quieter, and can make ice coffee. Love this one.. because it’s so much quieter when my wife wants coffee at 5 a.m.
