Amazing! Couldn’t ask for more! – I bought this almost two months ago, and let’s just say that I wish I’d done so years ago. I haven’t bought a loaf of bread from the store since then. This machine will pay for itself in a few more months. It’s so simple to use, and cleaning takes literally seconds.

The Good, Bad, and Overall… – The Good: Easy to use after short learning curve. Easy to clean and reset. Lots of recipes included. Does not heat up the room (I bake in my office).

Very Noisy – I purchased a less expensive unit just to make pizza dough, but started to make bread with it as well.

seems like a good bread maker – I’ve only had this bread maker about 3 weeks and was too busy to use it for a week or more. Just finished my 3 loaf in it this afternoon. I’ve made one 1.5 lb of what they call “light” bread and 2 of whole wheat. Results have been excellent. I included a pic of today’s loaf. I’m already deviating from the recipe a bit. I have a few observations: 1) maker is sleek and and easy to clean without strange contours or places to collect gunk. 2) operation has been pretty simple but I had to get accustomed to some of the book terms. What they call “delay” in the book appears as “reservation” on the screen. 3) screen is nice but I wish it would stay lighted longer, especially when I’m setting it to bake. 4) screen is pretty sensitive. I have had to reset a couple times after an accidental touch – but it hasn’t been hard to re-do. The smooth screen means no buttons to get gunked up by flour or other stuff. 5) Something I liked from our old Panasonic makers was the long “rest” time before processing began. I delay this maker for about 45 minutes to let all the ingredients come to room temp first – I keep some ingredients in the freezer and the delay is a good thing. 6) I like the ceramic pan lining ( book calls the pan a “barrel”). 7) maker is heavy enough to stay put, light enough and compact enough we can stash in a cupboard when not in use. 8) grease the spindle the paddle sits on, and the p[addle before starting bread – it makes it easier to remove afterward baking 9) Recipes often show weight of ingredients. A little confusing but I’m glad we happen to have a small electronic scale. I’ve been weighing then pouring into measuring cups and recording on the recipe book for the future. Weighing may be a better way to get top results. 10) unit is pretty quiet compared to some of the 5 previous makers I’ve had. [ EDIT 10-17-22, 110 I like the longer power cord – that has been really handy for us. 12) I wish there was an “in operation” light like a little red light to indicate when its operating – so one can see from a distance and doesn’t have to tap the screen. Still quite happy and getting good bread.]
