      That’s very ok – I like it very much. It is boiled very quickly.

      I don’t think the switch is great. – I do coffee pour over.. Also use it for hot tea in the Winter. I. I have had it just a short time not sure if any of these products are great.. The last one I had started acting like this 1 just before it quit. And that delight would not come on so you have to jig a little lot to get the light on

      Pot rim dangerous – Be very careful the rim in pot is very sharp I have cut myself 2x wiping out pot. Very dangerous they need to fix that ASAP!

      DOES NOT START EACH TIME UNLESS THE GLASS TEA POT IS IN EACTLY THE RIGHT SPOT TO MAKE CONTACT. – LOVE THE DESIGN AND THE EASE OF BOILING WATER WHEN NEEDED. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE ARE HAVING IS THE ON BUTTON DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK. WE FOUND THAT WHEN YOU ROTATE THE GLASS POT ON THE HEATER, SOMETIMES IT WILL START IF IT MAKES CONTACT ON THE BASE AT THE RIGHT SPOT.
