      cute toaster but works backwards – The color and style is fun and it works fine – nothing fancy. However, at least on mine the bagel setting seems backwards. If I press the “bagel” setting it’s a light toast, even on a high number. The default setting is VERY dark and burns bread on anything above 2. So I hit “bagel” for bread and leave it off for a bagel and it’s perfect. Seems like a mistake but glad I figured it out right away.

      Snappy little toaster! – Looks retro! Cooks like today’s best! Can’t go wrong with white! Just pop in the bread, croissant, waffle and check the setting. You will like this toaster on the countertop. If not, buy something else. I have had so many toasters in 67 years! This is a very good looking, unusually shaped which always attract my eye, moderately priced toaster we use two to three times a week.

      A great toaster that actually toasts bread – I have bought and recycled a half-dozen toasters over the past year or so. I just wanted a toaster that could toast bread, bagels, and the occasional English muffin without having to toast it 2 or 3 times. This one is great. I set the dial at about two-and-a-half and it toasts great. No complaints. The look is nice too, but if the darn thing didn’t toast well, then the looks wouldn’t matter at all.
