Loses vacuum after a couple days – I like the idea, they’re good sturdy containers, but you have to pull them out and pull a vacuum on them every day, otherwise after 2 days, the button has popped out, indicating it is no longer sealed. But i’m usually in these every day, so for the most part it’s not big deal. If I need to store something longer, it goes in a bag. Works great keeping my lettuce fresh.

Glad to have but… – 3 cup + 10 cup. Just received these. For something advertised as “Buy New” I was very disappointed to open the Amazon packaging box to find these containers inside without their original FoodSaver box. Am I sure now that they were “New”? Not 100%. They look good and had foam/cardboard/paperwork that you would find inside the FoodSaver box. I am unable to use them currently and had planned on storing them in their box along with the other FoodSaver containers I have in their original boxes. Happy to have them non-the-less, therefore the 5 stars. 🙂

These are the only two “FoodSaver” containers to choose from – In my cabinet I have several other FoodSaver containers of different shapes and sizes. I wanted to purchase more similar to the ones I already own but even at the FoodSaver Amazon store or the FoodSaver website, the only two containers to choose from are these two. They work well as intended. If you use a dishwasher, take note of the labeling on the lids as after a few washes the words will be washed away. Some of the other containers I have came with a plastic mesh device which fit inside of the container so if you put a piece of fruit or a vegetable in the container the product wouldn’t start to get mushy sitting in it’s own juices such as a tomato or watermelon. I was looking for more like that. But since this is all there is to select from, so mote it be.

Great containers but….. – The smaller of the two doesn’t stay sealed for more than a few hours. It’s really only good for a small marinade (like 1 chicken breast). That was disappointing but the large container works perfectly. Would love to buy a set with two large ones.
