      This is a great frother – To be honest I did recieve a dud of a frother. I reached out to the company and they took care of a replacement. Was making delicious coffee very quickly. The frother works amazingly, all 4 functions do and is exactly what we wanted. Does an amazing job and the people in the company stood behind their product. Will be happy to order from them again.

      Really difficult appliance – I like the foam. However the start button is sooo poorly designed. You have to press the start button HARD and keep pressing it For the amount of money you pay this appliance deserves zero stars

      Quiet and quick and makes delicious froth –  Nice quality machine. It’s very easy to use and it makes warm or cold milk froth in about 60 seconds. I was impressed how quiet it was. The video I took shows it running and the results! It’s easy to clean as it sits on a detachable base so you don’t have to worry about electrocuting yourself when rinsing it out. I used 1% milk and it still frothed great.

      Good froth, milk burns under frother – The heating element is under the frother. The milk burns, I’m worried cleaning under the frother is going to eventually effect the effectiveness of the frother or disable it. Heating element should be in the other side.

      Didn’t work out of the box – Must’ve had a bad electrical connection because unless my finger was pushing the button all the time it wouldn’t work. If I kept my hands off the top of the froth or itself it would disconnect it could never run on its own. I sent it back and I’m not getting a replacement from them because why would I?

      It works – Started off bad because the instructions are a bit misleading. After putting the milk in I kept pushing the buttons and it would run for a few seconds then shut off. Finally I held it down securely on the base and it worked. Made the perfect consistency foam. However, I didn’t think it heated it much. Also, do not exceed the MAX line, it will spill out of the top and make a mess. Clean-up is super simple. By using this item I made the best pumpkin cream ever, not Starbucks, but pretty close.

      Surprised! Works great – For the past 2 week, this frother is amazing. I know it’s new brand but good price. I took the chance with it and highly recommend it. Also don’t forget to take out the package paper underneath the frother so it can touch the base properly. I nearly returned it because of poor instruction.
