Works Great! – I really love this! I use very large coffee cups and it’s a perfect fit. It stays really hot until the very last drop. Even tea stays piping hot. I am planning to purchase a second one to take with me to work.

Works great for candles – I ordered the candle warmer on the right and it didn’t get hot enough to melt large candles. Then I ordered this one and it completely melted the large Yankee candles even on the medium heat setting. The low setting isn’t hot enough for that size. The automatic shut-off is also a nice safety feature.

No Auto Off – I got this because my coffee goes cold so fast, I often leave a half a cup or more. I will sometimes take the time to microwave it, but mostly it just goes down the drain. After looking at at least a dozen of these warmers, I chose this one because of the features of different temperatures, the little silicone cover, and what I thought was auto-off feature. I did not read the description carefully – there is a TIMER off feature – where you can set the heat to go off in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours – which seems excessive, but I guess if you are using it for something other than keeping a beverage warm. You have to get yourself in the habit of turning the timer on when you select the heat. Most of the time, I just turn the heat off when I’m going to leave my office for any length of time. I would have liked the comfort of knowing that the heater would turn off by itself after so much time (2 hours seems like enough).
