Would buy again, a few nits – Bottom Line after two months: Great coffee, (like the 15 year old DCM1200 it replaced), cool looking, would buy again. A few nits to pick:

now can’t program or set time – purchased 2nd to consumer reports recommendation. Initially everything was good but for last couple of months (received on 1/18/22) have had problem reprograming it for time and or when to start. Now can not set the time so can’t program it. Am able to start it up manually but that’s not why got a programable coffee maker. Currently on hold at customer support 11/2/22. Will update you on what happens next.

Want to give 5 stars – It brews a good cup of coffee but it’s awkward pouring water in the reservoir. It drips down the back some and sometimes into the grounds. You have to angle the pot to get all the water out.

Great Coffee – This machine makes great coffee in an acceptable amount of time. Touch screen is easy to use and very intuative. The fill lid could have been tilted a little further back so as to allow the last bit of water to be added more easily but it’s acceptable. Good value and makes great coffee.

That very day, I ordered one from Amazon, along with a package of Melitta #4 Cone Coffee Filters. I’ve used the same brand of coffee beans and the same grind (I have a burr grinder) for years so I was able to compare the “quality of the cup” easily. I can without reservation tell you that the Cuisinart DCC-T20 coffee maker, paired with the Melitta #4 filters, makes an outstanding pot of coffee.
