Now I love it – When I first got it, the coffee tasted terrible, like plastic. I tried several times running vinegar and water through it and that didn’t help. But someone recommended running plain water and a little vanilla through. I don’t know if that’s what did it, but after I did that, it tasted fine. I also left the lid up for a while, and that might have helped to air it out. Anyway, now it tastes great. I never had any trouble with the lid, as some people have. I find it very easy to take off and put on. You just lift it up where it meets the handle. And to put it on, just make sure it goes under the the rim at the spout before you snap it in. I like that it takes #2 filters and that it turns off after 30 minutes, in case I forget to turn it off. It makes nice hot coffee and I only drink one cup, so I don’t need it to stay on for very long. I like the stainless steel carafe. If you’re not sure it’s finished brewing, you can lift the lid on the coffee maker and see if all the water has drained through the beans. But I find it’s always done after I’ve made my bed. I’m so glad I didn’t give up on it too soon. It’s a great little coffee maker!

Simple but Reliable – I have used one of these for the last 10 years or so daily. It just recently started leaking a bit. But I did get my moneys worth on it. Super reliable, simple and the pot is stainless so it doesn’t risk breaking. I definitely repurchased again. Excellent value and reliability.

Great Product for A Single Retired Person – I’m retired and live alone(on purpose) and this coffee maker is the perfect size and has the features I need and doesn’t have features I don’t need.

Decent coffee pot – This coffee maker is ok. I like the non glass carafe even tho it isn’t an insulated carafe. The lid is a little difficult to put on properly and I wish the auto shut off was a bit longer than 30 minutes. Otherwise this a stylish and decent coffee maker.

Makes a perfect cup of coffee – I am using this in my RV on an Invertor so Power consumption is a high priority. It only draws 450 watts and shuts off as soon as the coffee is made. I found that 1, 1/2 liter bottle of water makes a great cup of travel coffee for my 20 oz Yeti cup. The Stainless pot is good for the RV too because it wont break if dropped. Very happy with it

It sticks – I liked the coffee pot for its size. I did not want/need a clock or additional functions. I had trouble removing the lid when I unpacked it. I have continued to have trouble opening the lid to clean or fill. I don’t know if it is just the particular pot but it continues to be jammed everytime I use it and I’m afraid of breaking it whenever I try to pry it loose.

Good Coffee, But Small – This makes very good tasting coffee. It’s extremely easy to clean, easy to use, and as long as it’s reliable I’ll be happy with it. But just be aware that it doesn’t make a lot of coffee. Though you can get almost 24 oz into the reservoir, you won’t get that much out. I get about 2 decent sized mugs, and part of a third out of it, and that’s it. If you’re making coffee for two, you may want a machine with a bigger carafe.
