      Slow Cookin Easy – The pot seems to be smaller than my older one but it holds 4 cups of cooked beans easily. It is full but has stirring room. Nice easy to read control and it heats up fast.I would recommend it to all you slow cook fans.

Last night I gave this unit a trial run- I put 2 large lamb shanks, a diced onion and 3 cups of hulled barley in the crock-pot and added enough water to cover, set it on low 12 hours ( start time 8pm), my husband got up around 6 am and threw in a chopped parsnip and cabbage, & cracked pepper. At 10 am we had the best lamb stew EVER. Clean up was a breeze.
