Love it! 5 major pros, 3 minor cons… – I bought this to replace a button-based model, and here’s what I know after having used this for several months:

Great for seniors – This microwave has been in about 2 weeks and so far so good. My 92 year old father has very limited eyesight and some manual dexterity issues. He was struggling with finding and pressing buttons on his regular microwave. I have taped the top power dial down so it is always on High (so he doesn’t move it accidentally) and now dad just has to turn the lower knob to start the microwave. It is really nice to see him feel competent and independent whenever he wants a cup of tea or something warmed. It replaced a 1200 watt Panasonic that we called Chernobyl, but the wattage is adequate for his needs warming a mug of water in about 90 seconds. It would be a rating of 5 but it is just average in sturdiness and materials, nothing like what I would call a “Commercial” machine.

Excellent small space microwave. – Microwave that came with my home 7 yrs. ago just didn’t function right, so since it had to fit a small shelf above my stove, I did a lot of measuring. Spent half a day on many sites looking for one that fit the needed dimensions. This microwave was exactly the right size & would fit this small alcove. I read feedback left by others and all said it was easy for a senior (like myself) to operate. I just needed something small and I merely wanted to melt butter for recipes, heat a beverage, heat a small dinner plate of food. I don’t “cook” in a microwave. I did recall someone saying in their feedback that, being light weight, it slips on a shelf when opening the door, so I had some of that rubberized product one puts on shelf to keep dishes from slipping etc., and I cut a piece to fit the shelf…Perfect! Light weight, easy to operate, and heats quickly and I’m well pleased. Great little microwave.

Easy to use, good microwave oven! – I bought the 0.6 cubic foot microwave for my elderly mother. It was delivered within a couple days. Arrived in perfect condition. The oven is easy to use for my mom. It doesn’t have all those numerous buttons & settings. The top dial goes from defrost all the way up to high power. The bottom dial is for the minutes you need. After food is cooked/warmed up it has 1 bell that goes off, not continuous annoying beep. It’s easier for my mother to use. It’s small but can fit dinner plate or frozen food in it. Very happy with purchase!
