Works great! – I like that there are 3 temperature settings and a timer. The disc would only be hot if there’s a cup with some weight placed on it to trigger the gravity button on the bottom of the mug warmer. The heating works great, and I enjoy the warm coffee throughout my work day. One thing that bothers me is that whenever the cup is not heavy enough, the gravity button is not triggered and there’s not heat so I had to place something else on the warmer just to warm the last of my coffee in the ceramic mug. It works great otherwise.

Works great! – I like that there are 3 temperature settings and a timer.
