It’s ok – I sent the first one back because the instructions say to touch the button to turn from low to medium to hot but it stayed on low. Second one did the same thing. But it did keep it just hot enough to drink with out burning your mouth.

Keeps your beverage warm – I absolutely love that keeps my tea warm. However, the ‘blue light’ ‘on’ light stopped working by the second day of use. Literally worked day one but on day two…No light. But it was actually on and keeping my tea warm. I will be requesting refund and will order a more quality item

It’s okay – I was really impressed when I first got this item & started using it. But just recently, if I set my cup on top it doesn’t light up. When I press the button it will turn on. Just not with my cup on top. I have tried to put it in difference surfaces & make sure the button is even but it doesn’t seem to help. Bummer.

Just what I needed – Perfect for what I needed. I was buying alot of hot drinks via work vending machines. The drinks come in styrofoam cups. Does not stay hot for very long. I now pour the drink in a regular mug and use the coffee mug warmer to keep the drink warm while I work. It’s great. I also bought one for my mother. Completely worth the buy.
