Very big surface. – This is a nice hot plate. Mine recently broke so I needed a replacement and I chose this one. It’s very large, I included the monster can for size reference. It has three temperature settings: red (hottest), purple (medium heat), and blue (low heat). It says it has auto shut off after four hours, but I haven’t had an opportunity to experience that yet. This would definitely be a good white elephant or secret Santa gift for the office or for a friend that you know drinks coffee at their desk all day!
