3 Horse Power Blender for under 200 Bucks! – I ordered this blender when my Kitchen Aid 3/4 HP blender burned out (literally in a puff of metalic smelling smoke) after many years of very good service. I felt I wanted to graduate to something stronger and decided that I might try a Vitamix, but found even the used ones online were over 300 bucks, with the price of new ones ranging from 350 to 500 bucks. I then thought of the Magic Bullet 900 watt version, but found in the reviews that many of them had some problems and did burn out (I have two the 300 watt ones go out on me). I needed a work horse that can blend, for instance, Nettles with its stems still on the branch. I saw an ad on Amazon for this Clean Blend and found, from some reviews, that it was 400 watts (1800 watts total) stronger than a Vitamix, and there were no reviews below 4 stars.

Great Blender but my jar rusts – I bought late 2016 I actually loved this blender. It is loud but powerful. Difficult to was case u can’t remove bottom. I washed by hand as they advise and had trouble with underneath rusting and now when using it puts out a brown powder in base. Not sure if coming from base or blender. They have 5 year warranty which is nice sadly I just passed it . Definitely recommend just know under neath blender jar hard to clean if needed

We had a KitchenAid we’d purchased here for $80 that finally died after six years and we used it enough that we wanted to upgrade with our next one. After doing a bunch of research, we settled on the Cleanblend 3HP (the KitchenAid was 0.9HP). It had the features we wanted: high-powered motor, all metal drive for durability, 64-oz jar, long warranty. And it was at the edge of affordable; there’s a huge jump between the blenders in the mid-range price tier like this one and the high-end, nearly 100%.

My favorite appliance! – This is by far my most used and favorite appliance in my kitchen. The power equals that of Vitamix, just a whole lot less expensive. The 6 yr warranty is a dead giveaway that this company stands behind their product. I use this to make smoothies every day, it blends frozen fruit to a totally smooth consistency. I also frequently make salad dressings and sauces in it as well. I have not needed to break out my food processor since I started using this. A must buy in my opinion!
