Great cost-value – It is very easy to use and clean. Make easier to cook paninis, quesadillas, or simple cheese sandwiches.

Sizzle for the buck – Just right for one or two if you split the sandwich. Warms up fast. Drains well to the tray but if you go easy on the butter it won’t drip much. Just don’t drop or handle it rough. My red button for the full open position worked just fine but it should be more robust. There is a slight double hinge action which you need to angle the upper deck right on a thick sandwich but it fights you and does not quite swivel enough. If I am not happy with the evenness I just flip or turn around the sandwich before done. This should be good for chicken breasts or thin chops.
