I’m a chef, now – This thing is so easy to use, I’m appealed that I didn’t have one in my dorm room while I was in college. You can poach an egg in one minute in the microwave and it always comes out perfect. I spray both sides with cooking spray, crack and whip 2 eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper and microwave for a minute and 10 seconds. You’re welcome.
