Quick Brewing – Love BUNN coffee makers. We have high calcium in our water and learned the hard way and ruined the last Bunn coffee maker as it got clogged up with calcium deposits. We now only use distilled water in our coffee maker. Love this upgraded style. Very classy looking and brews a pot of coffee quicker than the Keurig.

on/off light difficult to see – should be Red (not blue) – I’ve had nothing but BUNN Coffee Makers for my morning coffee for 30 years. Every model upgrade has been wonderful, and I always feel like I got longer use (5-8 years) from each coffee maker, than I did with any other brand in the past. This new BUNN CSB2B Speed Brew Elite 10-Cup Coffee Maker look great and works great BUT 1 major flaw that the company needs to fix is the “on/off light switch”. You changed from Red Light to Blue light, which is so small that it’s barely visible to be reminded that the unit needs to be turned off or on. (Coffee Makers (like mine) normally sit under cabinet on counters that aren’t well lit in mornings/afternoons. RED light always worked perfectly!) This light is the ONLY reason I didn’t rate this Coffee Maker a 5-star! Hope the BUNN Company is reading and listening. Thanks!

Safety – They changed the ON switch light to blue and moved it to the bottom of the coffee pot. It used to be RED and was much easier to see. The light was also on the top front making it easily visible from across the room. It’s too easy to leave this pot on. For the cost of this pot, please install an automatic shut off. The pot itself works great!
