It is exactly what I wanted, but poor quality – This little coffee maker is super cool, however with in the first couple of months a piece broke on the lid and I had to creatively solve the problem. I continued using it and the steamer very rarely. Now that it’s pumpkins spice season I’ve wanted to use the steamer again and it doesn’t blend. At least it gets hot. I’m sad, but honestly I keep using it as is because I love how it looks in my space and I don’t want a huge Keurig again. And hot is okay if I cannot have frothy.

Great but didn’t last! – I bought this model because my son who never drank coffee found something called a flat white while he was in England and really loved it. This allowed us to add the steamed milk was required for that particular coffee. I also love to drink loose tea and this came with the loose tea container that could be swapped out for the coffee k-cup. We loved the machine but in less than 3 months it is done. Something in the line must have broken since now it just steams the hot water and it all comes out of the top. It no longer fed through the k-cup or the ya strainer. So all in all it was not worth the money if it only lasts 3 months. I would like to add the the company did reach out to me and offered a full refund for my product which I accepted. They had great customer service in making things right.
