totally awesome – this is my first auto nut milk maker so i can’t really compare it to others that may or may not be better but, to me this one is totally awesome.. worked flawlessly all three times i’ve used it so far.

Make Your Own Non-Dairy Milks at Home – This is the first time that I have owned a machine capable of making nut and plant-based kinds of milk, including the very popular soy, almond, and oat milk varieties sold at Amazon and many grocery stores across the nation. The Arcmira appliance can make up to 20oz of such beverages in minutes. Though I have not tried it yet, I suppose I can also make milk that is a combination of different nuts or grains. The Company includes a Recipe Book with each order to help novices like myself learn essential recipes such as for homemade coconut milk, walnut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, hazelnut milk, hemp milk, oat milk, rice milk, soy milk, and even smoothies, and hot chocolate. One interesting point that I have observed with some of the recipes is that the recommended amount of ingredients plus water does not reach the minimum line inside the container. So as a user I need to decide whether to follow the recommended recipe or adjust it to reach the minimum line. To play it safe I have been adding a little extra water to fill it to at least the minimum level. I am not sure why the recipes included do not take the required minimum into consideration. The actual operation of the appliance is quite easy because it features a one-touch automatic program where I can specify the temperature I want to use up to the boiling point. It also allows me to place the machine in a self-clean cycle for a rinse lasting sixty seconds. The machine comes with a number of safety features such as preventing overheating and shutting the operation down automatically in certain circumstances. I find that I don’t have to keep checking on the progress of the process because there are beeps I can hear when the program has completed its function. Also included in the package I received is a bag for optional filtering, a cleaning brush, and a measuring spoon. I should also add that in addition to its functionality, this milk-making appliance is also beautifully made and looks beautiful on my kitchen countertop. I chose the color blue, a deep, rich, lovely shade of blue. So far I have only made oat milk which is among my favorite plant-based kinds of milk, but I do plan on experimenting with different grains and nuts to discover what else to make throughout the day.
