Works great – I’ve been using this coffee maker for about a month now and it’s worked great so far. I ran it a few times with just water to make sure it was clean. It works great and holds a few cups worth of water so I don’t have to fill it every time.

better coffee maker with K cup pods and ground both – I love that , most models and brands have only 12oz , this model has 14 oz to brew to big mug , very easy to use coffee ground , no filter paper , only filter basket and use one pod to brew for 6 oz to 14 oz cup , you can use any brand of coffee , I used Great Value(Walmart) and Maxwell House pods , they taste good coffee but it has no strong button

Perfect !! – We have a guest room upstairs and wanted our guest to be able to have coffee in the morning without having to come downstairs if they didn’t want to. It works great and everyone who comes uses it and loves it!! This was the best price we’ve found and works just like a Keurig coffee maker.

Decent but… – … when using the grounds basket the coffee comes out too weak. Pods work fine, but the primary reason for me making this purchase was to get away from the overpriced pods. Therefore, I tried the iPartPlusMore Reusable Coffee Filters found here on Amazon (https://amazon.com/dp/B00LGEKOMS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) and I was able to get a stronger tasting cup of coffee using grounds inside of a reusable pod container! I was worried that these might not fit the coffee maker, but they fit perfectly. Problem solved, but I still took away a star because I had to purchase a separate accessory in order to experience an acceptable outcome.

Okay – The way the machine is designed makes it very difficult to use. It is so tall that the lid hits my cabinet when I open it. If it is places straight under the cabinet, it is impossible to use the controls to start brewing and very difficult to fill the water tank. Therefore, I have to set the machine slanted on my counter to be able to reach everything.

Great coffee maker; how it could be greater – I love the features; K-cup or grounds, or cholate or instant, all great options. It would be a really great machine if a grounding prong would made it unnecessary to pull the plug after use. This issue was solved however by plugging the machine into a power strip which seemed to isolate the issue. Another nice addition would be a choice to make the water hotter as needed.

Versatile! – After yet another Keurig demise (of a still new machine), I decided to look elsewhere. As I’ve been satisfied with the Amazon Basics brand, so I pulled the trigger on the Standard version of the AB dual brew. For me, the Dual function is huge, and I may be using this coffee maker more and more with good quality ground coffee vs K-CUP$. Keurig offers a ground coffee filter, but it’s very hard to use. The AB ground coffee filter is a snap to use.
