      Very Lightweight Little Air Fryer With Temp Issues – The fan died on our last air fryer so I ordered this replacement. Our old one was 6 quarts/1500 watts and was just too big for our family of two. It worked well, but we never took full advantage of the capacity, so I decided a smaller fryer made more sense. I despise digital controls on kitchen appliances, always the weakest link, so I was happy that this air fryer was all mechanical. I also like that the top of this unit is flat so we can store stuff on top when not in use, freeing up a bit of our limited counter space. At 1200 watts, it takes a little longer to cook than our old unit did. For example, in the old air fryer a serving of frozen tater tots took 15 minutes to get crispy, in this air fryer they take 20 minutes. Not a big deal and the final product is still great.
