I love it! – Use it in my home office to keep my cuppa coffee warm while I am working. If I leave it for a while, it stays hot. And I don’t have to worry about turning it off or unplugging it when I am done. Very light, weight, and easy to move out of the way or closer to me as needed. I can always tell when it’s working, because when I said a cup on it, the blue light goes on indicating that it is heated. Very glad I purchase this.

Hot to the last drop – These coffee cup warmers are great! I use them on my patio and they do exactly what they say. They keep the coffee hot. I would give them 4 1/2 stars but I can’t do that with this rating scale. My only problem is that if the cup is a light one it may not trigger the switch. Cute: use a heavier cup/mug and move the cup a little bit more toward the switch. If you do that they are great!

Everyone liked them so I ordered two more in order to have warmers for end tables on each end of couch and easy chairs in living room and office plus two more as a gift. They keep the drinks even warmer if the tops of the mugs are covered.

Mediocre…. at best! – When I initially received it I was excited to try it out. I plugged it up and within a few minutes it started to warm up. I got a drink that was already hot and put it on it. It seemed to keep it pretty warm. However, after using it just a little while it started to smell like burnt wires. This still occurs at times. Despite this it did continue to work but if the drink is not hot it will not keep it warm. Also it’s important to keep in mind if your cup is full it will be harder to keep warm. I noticed in a wider cup with coffee 1/3 or 1/4 full it would actually get hot. I did not send it back but I will if it continues to underperform.
