It’s a great little cooker. – A can of soup plus a can of water and about 10 minutes cooking time works well. There is no on/off switch, Just plug it in and it starts heating. There is no timer. Alexa does that job for me. I have only had it a few days and can’t comment on how long it may last.

I have used it several times now and have included mushrooms, onions. and anything else that happens to strike my culinary fancy. It has so far not disappointed me in offering me just the right amount of rice for one sitting! I really enjoy having it as a option for cooking no fuss rice. Cleanup is easy and it stores away with a small footprint on the shelf! I highly recommend it for those times when you are cooking for one or two people and really don’t want or need any leftovers to spoil. Great product!

The only nitpicking thing is the clamps are plastic and a little cheesy. I tried to make oatmeal in it once and they don’t offer enough clamping pressure, so there was oatmeal all over my desk. Oh well. I did buy a rice cooker, not an oatmeal cooker.
